June 2016 …comes a realization and an epiphany!, the idea of the VAC Center germinates. Then with constant prayer (and some fasting), bit by bit, brick by brick, layer by layer, stage by stage, through sunshiny days and stormy days, and navigating pandemic years and life’s various challenges, here we are in May 2022!
By the infinite grace of God, we are now looking forward to the formal commissioning and ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 26th. We are humbled and excited for the privilege and how far we have come and the lessons gleaned. The dream is coming to fruition, the vision is being realized, and it’s all to the glory of God. Our journey towards vibrant aging, banishing isolation, and building community for our aging and aged folks continue.
